## SHIPPING POLICY

Ridge Line Engraving — Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Pearisburg, Virginia.

Processing time: Most custom engraved orders ship within 3–7 business days after your design is approved. During busy seasons, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships.

Shipping carriers: We ship via USPS Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, or UPS, depending on package size and your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Domestic shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Damaged or lost packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at contact@ridgelineengraving.com and we will make it right.

Because every item is custom made to order, please double-check your order details before submitting. We cannot redirect a shipment once it has left our workshop.
